We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at a long-term pediatric care facility affiliated with a regional health organization.

  • Provide direct patient care for residents with diverse disabilities, including cognitive, communication, swallowing, and respiratory disorders.
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ quality of life and functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers, offering education and support.
  • Participate in team meetings, document services in compliance with standards, and promote professional growth through continuing education.
  • Assist with equipment recommendations and modify therapy based on patients’ health status.
