The Assistant Clinical Director supports clinical operations at a licensed residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–17.

Assist in overseeing daily clinical services, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing, accreditation standards, and trauma-informed practices.

Support treatment planning, documentation, staff supervision, and clinical policy development.

Monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and participate in licensing and accreditation processes.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field, current Utah clinical license or license eligibility, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in residential settings.

Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of licensing and compliance standards are essential.
