We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatrics) to provide expert speech therapy services to children, supporting their communication skills and overall development.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental stage.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to improve articulation, language comprehension, voice, fluency, and social skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers for cohesive support.
• Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy to inform therapy approaches and monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in early intervention programs to support critical developmental periods.

Ideal candidates will have pediatric experience, strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, compassionate patient care skills, and familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy. Experience with early intervention is highly desirable. This in-person role offers $38.12 – $45.91/hour, with a 40-hour workweek, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives through professional growth and collaborative care.
