The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, and discharge planning.

• Requires a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, with at least one year of therapy experience across all age groups.
• Responsible for developing and reviewing Treatment Plans, conducting assessments, and applying therapeutic techniques.
• Maintains clinical documentation, participates in treatment planning, and provides crisis intervention.
• Facilitates linkage to community resources and may perform case management and discharge planning.

**Qualifications:**
– Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a professional therapy provider.
– CPR and de-escalation training required.
