We are hiring a Full-Time LPCC or LISW to join a mental health team in a long-term care nursing facility.

  • Provide group therapy, individual counseling, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
  • Complete documentation and offer crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

    • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, an active LPCC or LISW license in Ohio, and experience with mental health counseling. Credentialing for Medicaid & Medicare is also required.

    Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The role offers a supportive, mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth.
